Our rented resort “Kalniaus-Sodyba”, Barkelių village 3, Darbėnai region, Kretinga district is used for peaceful, restful and safe stay. Customer and his companions are obligated to read the Terms and Conditions.

ARRIVAL AND LEAVING:
One day rent time starts at 15:00 and ends the following day at 11:00. Time does not depend on what time the customer arrives. Not leaving before the given time there are extra fees of 10 eur for each hour. It is possible to negotiate the arrival and leaving time.

The reservation fee is refunded only in such a case, when the non-arrival is notified at least 10 days before the registration date.

It is possible to move the date of the reservation when informed at least 5 days before arrival.

Purchased gift vouchers are non-refundable.

The coupon is extended once for 3 months. for free. The following months 10 percent. coupon value.

GUESTS CAN USE:
1. Rented premises and material values ​​in them;
2. Sauna, hot tub for an additional fee, unless otherwise agreed;
3. Campfire, barbecue, upon notification to the homestead administrator;
4. Guests can swim in the lake, in designated bathing areas;
5. Fishing in the pond (only after renting premises in the homestead and paying the administrator of the homestead for fishing)

GUESTS MUST:
1. When reserving the homestead, pay an advance fee of 50% of the total service price, which will be deducted at the time of settlement and the established deposit fee. The deposit will be returned after the homestead (part thereof) is delivered. If you make a reservation but do not arrive at the homestead at the agreed time, the advance payment is not returned. Upon arrival at the homestead, pay the full rental price. If the guests do not stay for the full rental period, the fee for the missed period is not refunded.
2. Submit a personal identification document and sign the agreement;
3. Guests of the homestead, when reserving cabins, must specify the exact number of people, including children. Without notifying the homestead administrator, you cannot exceed the specified number of people, invite temporary visitors, friends or other persons. The number of guests cannot exceed the agreed upon reservation; Familiarize yourself with and comply with fire prevention, safe behavior and internal rules;

4. After ordering additional homestead services, pay for them immediately;
5. Use water and electricity sparingly;
6. Do not cause inconvenience to other guests of the homestead with their behavior to rest peacefully and use the common facilities and the territory of the homestead;
7. Keep personal belongings only in your rented premises or in the car (hosts are not responsible for the safety of personal belongings);
8. Participate in the delivery of rented premises and material values ​​to the owners or their authorized person;
9. Before leaving the homestead, take out your garbage to the container, and leave the used premises in order.

IT IS PROHIBITED:
1. Smoking in all premises (there are designated smoking areas), for smoking in restricted area, there is a fine of 100 EUR. (LR ATPK art. 185.1d.); Littering in the territory of the homestead (throwing garbage, containers, food waste outside);
2. To break trees, bushes;
3. Without coordination with the owners or a person authorized by them, light a fire in fireplaces, barbecues or use other devices that emit open fire, use any firearms, fireworks or firecrackers;
4. To bring and keep dogs, cats or other animals in the homestead without the permission of the owners;

5. To move material property and inventory in the homestead without the permission of the owners or their authorized person;
6. To use the towels, blankets, bedspreads, chairs, tables and other indoor inventory in the outside
7. Burn plastic and chemical materials in fireplaces, barbecues and campfires;
8. For children to play near water, swim in them alone without the supervision of parents or adults.

RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS:
1. Guests are materially responsible for all damaged or destroyed movable and immovable property in the homestead and its territory;
2. If the losses in the homestead were caused by the actions of minors, the children's parents or guardians must compensate for them;
3. If the guests or their children are injured due to their own actions or those of their accompanying guests, or if their property is damaged due to their own carelessness, the owners of the homestead are not responsible for this;
4. The main customer of the group's guests (service customer) is responsible for music or other noise caused in the homestead after 21:00.

FIRE PREVENTION AND SAFE BEHAVIOR RULES:
1. Use electrical devices properly, do not allow children to use them. Do not leave switched on electrical devices and radio or television equipment unattended;
2. Smoking only outdoors, in designated areas and throw extinguished smoke only in designated containers;
3. Light fireplaces only after receiving the permission of the owners of the homestead or their authorized person and after listening to the briefing;
4. Place firewood only in designated areas at a safe distance, away from open flames;

5. When lighting a fireplace, do not leave children unattended and do not allow children to light it or play with burning sticks, firewood, embers;
6. Do not start any kind of fire in the forest (do not throw smoke, do not use open fire);
7. Make a fire in the territory of the homestead only in places equipped for this purpose. It is forbidden to leave the fire unattended, it must be extinguished when leaving the fireplace;
8. Children can only swim together with their parents or guardians;
9. Behave in such a way as not to endanger the health and life of yourself and other guests;
10. Use the inventory only for its intended purpose;
11. Each guest is individually responsible for the quality and freshness of the food brought;
12. If a guest or his children injure themselves or damage their property due to their own fault, in violation of safe behavior, fire prevention and internal order rules, the owner of the homestead is not responsible for this;
13. The guests themselves are responsible for other possible accidents that may occur inside the homestead, in the yard, on the sports fields, in the sauna, in the hot tub, while swimming in the pond, in the gazebo and in other places;
14. The guest is responsible for accidents and their consequences that occurred due to the consumption of alcohol;
15. Parents or guardians (guardians) of minor children must ensure the safety of children;
16. The main customer of the premises or homestead undertakes to acquaint other guests of the homestead participating in the rental with fire prevention and safety rules and is fully responsible for ensuring that the guests of the homestead comply with these rules.
